Gustavo Zerbino Stajano is Chief Executive Officer of Cibeles S.A. (Merck, Shamp & Dome in Uruguay) a leading research laboratory in pharmaceutical medicines. He is also president of the Chamber of Pharmaceutical Medicines in Uruguay, a committee which brings together the multinational laboratories set up in Uruguay.

He was one of the 16 survivors of the Andes' plane crash, in which 29 people died , later repsented on the Hollywood film Alive. Gustavo has combined his theoretical education with an unsurpassable experience and has since tried to "return to the life that he had once been given". It's because of that, that he is a highly regarded specialist on leadership and motivation" as well as adversity management in different top-level companies throughout the world.
