One of the top Spanish speaking specialists in Management, Ms. Jericó is Walker and Newman´s Associate Director, former Director for Talent Management in Haygroup, and Managing Director for Euroforum Escorial Business School. She has also worked as a consultant for the Operations Department at AVE (RENFE) and at Peugeot Group.

Ms. Jericó is the author of the book "Talent Management" (Gestión del Talento) published by Prentice Hall. She has also co- authored "Directive Talent" (Talento Directivo) Prentice Hall 2002," Professional Selection" (Selección de Profesionales) CIE 2001, and many additional publications, all focused on Human Resources Management. She has also been the director of several research projects on Specialization Strategies and Organizational Behaviour at Harvard University, UCLA (USA), and the Universitá di Firenze (Italy).

Her latest book, "NO FEAR" (No Miedo), published by Alienta Editorial, has now become a best-seller. Inside it we can find a detailed analysis on Management Models. Fear has been a classic management tool for a very long time, however in this day an age in the new era of knowledge workers, this strategy has become obsolete. The organizational model of the future belongs to the ones who are able to create a propitious environment to let the talent flow.
