Antonio Moar is a business trainer and also expert in business and managerial transformation. He has been teaching for more than 20 years, training managers, teams and motivating professionals for sectors such as banking,The pharmaceutical industry and insurance.Santander Group is one of its outstanding clients.
Moar starts from the premise that in order to produce substantial and lasting change the organization and the people who form it, we must improve the capacity for reflection and interaction with people. To do this, it has developed its own model of training in managerial skills based on one's own experience, the development of listening and the sense of humor as an element of attention.

He also teaches at EBS Business School and the Afundación School of Business. Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University, is a professional in permanent training and always open to new ideas. He has studied Decision Analysis at the Stanford University, Professional Coaching and the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE and the ESADE Management Development Plan, as well as courses specialized in networking. Currently, he is also a PhD student in Economics at Rey Juan Carlos University.
