Moar starts from the premise that in order to produce substantial and lasting change the organization and the people who form it, we must improve the capacity for reflection and interaction with people. He also teaches at EBS Business School and the Afundación School of Business. Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University, is a professional in permanent training and always open to new ideas. He has studied Decision Analysis at the Stanford University, Professional Coaching and the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE and the ESADE Management Development Plan, as well as courses especialized in networking. Currently, he is also a PhD student in Economics at Rey Juan Carlos University.
