Conor Neill is the president of Vistage in Spain. Which is the world's leading CEO advisory organization, with a mission to improve the effectiveness and enhance the lives of CEOs and key executives. He also directs the Leadership Communication courses in IESE's MBA, Executive MBA, and Global Executive MBA programs, as well as the senior executive programs.
As a speaker, Neill talks about leadership communication and persuasion, about how to inspire people to take action. His goal is to improve the personal and organizational performance of his audiences. Some of the topics are stress management, the keys to being a better entrepreneur, how to live with self-confidence and the power of selective ignorance. He has a long experience, having worked with companies such as Accenture, Applus, Avanade, Barcelona Activa, IBM, ISDIN, the Labour Party (UK), Microsoft, Novartis and Puig giving seminars on leadership communication.
In addition, as an entrepreneur he has founded six companies, raising capital, hiring teams and generating more than 10 million euros in sales. For six years, he revolutionized private jet transport with his company Taxijet. In which he sold 16 private jets and built the 3rd largest fleet of private jets in Spain. He was Director of the European Area of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO).
Conor Neill has a degree in Psychology and Artificial Intelligence and an MBA from IESE. He is a visiting professor at University College Dublin, the University of Montevideo and the Academy of Global Leadership of the Permanent Faculty of Business Organization. He has published many articles on leadership and persuasion in Forbes, IESE Insight, Quora, Lifehack, Venturebeat and on his blog Moving People to Action. He also has live broadcasts on his YouTube channel, where he interacts with his followers.
