Mr. Pérez was a Vice President at Citigroup, a senior consultant at IBM and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. in New York City. He managed Operations and Technology for Peruval Finance. He holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Lima, Peru (1994), an M.S. degree in Management from Universidad ESAN, Lima, Peru (1997) and an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, with a specialization in Finance (2002). He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He’s a salsa and disco dancer and lives in New York State with his wife Olga, his son Edgar Felipe and his daughters Svetlana Sofia and Mary Olympia.
