He has worked with internationally renowned companies including Glaxo, Capital One, Citi, MetLife, Audi, and Marriott. Moreover, his expertise has allowed him to design and implement executive education programs in some of the best business schools in the world like Georgetown, Duke, or the Singapore Management University; and at Corporate Universities of companies like Sprint, Kodak, Hallmark, Deloitte, IBM, Boeing, and Texas Instruments.
As an author he is published in both literature and business, having reflected his philosophy and vision in his HBR article “Rethinking Marketing” and his book “Collaboration and Co-Creation: New Platforms for Marketing and Innovation”. His latest book, “Awakening A Leader’s Soul: Learnings Through Immortal Poems” presents the idea of Soulful Leadership, that reimagines leadership’s purpose and reshapes its outcomes. He has also published poems and plays.
In 2016, he won the Executive Education Specialist of the Year, a global award in recognition of his speaking and training services. Prior to his work at Knowledge Kinetics, he has held senior management and C-level positions at P&G (Richardson Vicks), Nestle, and TNS Worldwide.
