Jonathan Kubben is an influencer of Belgian nationality and Mexican origin that has created a successful methodology of positioning in social media. In March 2016, he was a young entrepreneur with two university degrees in International Business Management & Communication, working as consultant in Brussels. During one of his daily commutes, he realized that his life had become monotonous. On Jonathan’s 27th birthday, he gathered his family and friends together to announce a life changing decision: he had quit his job, sold his car and bought one-way ticket to travel the world. The next day he was in Cuba.
It was there that Kubben started ‘Mom I’m Fine’, an original way to let his mother know through Instagram that he was fine. It became viral and in just one year he had 300K followers and sponsors that financed his trip around the world.
His life did an about turn and he changed an office chair for parachute jumping, shark diving or climbing mountains 6.000 meters high. In 2017 he gave more than 50 conferences around the world conveying with dynamism and passion his motivational message to audiences. He also talks about social media and communication in his presentations.
Jonathan Kubben has created his own methodology of positioning in social media scalable to other industries. An expert in storytelling, he creates content and he develops visual concepts in Instagram, promoting a lifestyle and building a business model. An example of communication and viralization that he transferred to the business world with the creation of his own company.
