Lotfi EL-Ghandouri was born in Tunisia, raised in Quebec and based in Madrid. Entrepreneur, consultant, author and international speaker. He considered himself as a world citizen and eternal nomad.
He has the ability to communicate profound and complex concepts in a very accessible and positive way, with humour always present. He connects with the audience, sharing ways and possibilities of approaching and carrying out projects differently. He provokes questions among the attendees and he makes sure every one makes the most of it.
After gaining experience in major consulting firms in North America and Spain working on projects related to human development, Lotfi El-Ghandouri decided to found the Creative Society Group, a consultancy that operates in Canada and Spain and specialises in driving forward organizations with soul.
His interest in sustainable development has led him to co-found Hub Madrid, the first social innovation centre in Spain, and co-create other centres worldwide. The Hub is a prestigious space for social entrepreneurs recognised all over the world and located in twenty cities. Five hundred cities have applied to open a Hub in just four years. El-Ghandouri has a Degree in Marketing and a MBA in International Commerce, and has taken part as a speaker in forums such as the 10th World HR Congress in Rio de Janeiro, the ASTD International Training and Development Congress in Washington and ExpoManagement In Madrid. He also works as a lecturer at various universities and business schools on both sides of the Atlantic.
