Rafael Tamames is an expert in digital transformation and entrepreneurship, thanks to his extensive knowledge of the industry, which he has built up over more than 15 years of professional experience, through the completion of a large number of successful projects. Currently, he continues to cultivate his career in a high level position in the consulting firm Findasense, whose client portfolio includes Coca-Cola, Huawei, Movistar, Lenovo, L'oreal, among others. Tamames is Spanish by birth and is constantly on the move between Findasense's various offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

In his lectures, Rafael combines his vast theoretical knowledge with the presentation of experiences and success stories, which provide an excellent guide to his audience by showing real solutions to real problems. His goal is to reveal, through testimonial expression, how a company can enter the digital era and thus improve the customer experience; whether it is B2C or B2B. Since these are elements that have an integral impact on productivity, sales and business. Its focus is on innovation and the transformation of companies through digital tools, which are necessary for the future of business. In addition, Rafa is an expert in new forms of organization and company structures, since he has implemented in his company the management model known as "holacracy", based on a horizontal structure where all team members are self-regulated and co-responsible for their actions.

Tamames' successful professional career has been focused on areas such as management, digital marketing, IT, media and advertising; he is characterized by being a positive change agent, entrepreneur and a lover of his work. He is also an expert in Costumer Experience, and has guided his clients to implement successful models from digitalization and omnicanality to achieve better results in their consumers.

His vocation as a teacher keeps him active in important associations, business schools and renowned universities such as: Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), ESIC, Esden Business School and iiR Spain, among others. He is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), one of the world's largest organizations of entrepreneurs, with more than 8,000 members in 42 countries, and director of communications in Costa Rica. He is also president and one of the founders of the IAB Costa Rica.
