At Juan Valdez USA, the North American division of the iconic Juan Valdez coffee company, Saul overhauled another money-losing operation, reducing costs, boost sales and delivering a 130% revenue growth over 18 months.And, as CEO of Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB) for four years, Saul led the public-private company to its highest profits in more than two decades.
