Susana Voces has a brilliant professional career linked to technology. She frequently participates as a speaker in forums, events and professional conferences in which, in addition to e-commerce, she talks about topics such as the digitalization of the company, cross-border trade, the role of the CEO in the digital transformation and, in general, the retail business. His areas of greatest experience are online and omnibus sales platforms, as well as leadership in companies undergoing transformation or newly created.
In March 2019, she took a career leap to break into the fast-growing global food delivery industry by taking on the challenge of leading the global restaurant business as Vice President of Deliveroo. She is currently CEO of Entradas.com.
Previously, she was the General Manager of eBay in Spain, a responsibility she added in Italy in March 2017. Her career on eBay began in 2013 as head of market development and within a few months she was appointed Sales Director for Europe. She has also developed her professional career in technology related companies such as Ericsson and payment methods such as PayPal. In the latter she was in charge of business development in Spain and Portugal.
Currently, Susana combines her executive position with her participation as an Independent Director in the Board of Directors of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, and she is an advisor in ImaginBank as well as in ESIC. Additionally, she leads the Technology and Digital Transformation Observatory of the Spanish Retail Association (AER), of which she is a member of the board of directors.
In 2014 she received the V Young Talented Executives Award in the category of Commercial Management from the firm Seeliger y Conde.
During her long professional journey, she has received several business awards and recognition: In 2014, the Fifth Young Talented Managers of Spain award, in the Commercial Management category, granted by the Spanish leading headhunter firm Seeliger & Conde. The following year, the Spanish newspaper El Mundo in its female supplement “YoDona”, included her name in the Top20 Spanish Technology Leading Women. In 2017, her name appeared in the list of Top100 Women in Spain. In Italy, she was also included in the Inspiring Fifty 2018 list. Lately, in 2019, she was part of the 500 Most Influential Women list in Spain.
After studying Industrial Engineering at ICAI-Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, she graduated in Marketing from ICADE. He also has a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Administration from Harvard University.
